Telos was created at the intersection of business ambition and software capability.

For over 20 years, our leadership team has worked within SaaS startups, launching more than 30 products from New Zealand to global markets, including Xero. That experience shaped a simple belief: software should fit the business, not force the business to fit the software.

We're now entering SaaS 2.0, an era where software truly becomes a service, not just a subscription. Instead of relying on off-the-shelf tools, businesses can now build purpose-built software that reflects their workflows, brand promises, and ambitions.

Our mission is to make purpose-built software as easy to adopt as off-the-shelf SaaS, without the complexity, risk, or fragility that typically accompany mission-critical systems.
