We combine strategy, design, AI-accelerated engineering, and ongoing optimisation into a single delivery model. Clients don’t manage dev teams, vendors, or infrastructure. Telos handles the entire stack. We’re now opening the role of App Director, a senior, client-led position focused on relationships, product direction, and outcomes. You represent Telos at the table while our platform and team build, deploy, and scale the software. This role is designed to evolve into a franchise-style model, where App Directors own client relationships and revenue, while Telos provides the full AI software engine behind them.
What you’ll do
- Own and lead key client relationships from first conversation through long-term growth
- Help clients identify where software and AI can remove friction, unlock value, or create advantage
- Translate business problems into clear product direction and app concepts
- Work with the Telos team to shape scope, priorities, and delivery pathways
- Guide clients through discovery, validation, and decision-making, without technical overwhelm
- Present roadmaps, outcomes, and progress with confidence and clarity
- Ensure every build aligns with commercial goals, user value, and long-term scalability
- Identify opportunities to expand applications, features, or AI capability over time
- You don’t sell software features. You guide clients to better outcomes, Telos does the rest.
